Q: Do you charge a fee for your services?
A: No. There is no cost to work with me. My role is to educate and assist you in reviewing Medicare options available to you.
Q: Am I required to enroll in a plan if we talk?
A: No. There is no obligation. My goal is to help you understand your options so you can decide whatβs best for you.
Q: Do you only help during enrollment periods?
A: No. I provide support year-round, including questions about coverage, plan changes, and annual reviews.
Q: Can we meet in person?
A: Yes. We can meet by phone, video, or in person if preferred.
Q: What information do you need from me?
A: Iβll ask you to complete a simple intake form and may ask about your doctors, prescriptions, and coverage needs so I can review appropriate Medicare options. CLICK HERE to fill out the from.Β
Q: What is the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medigap?
A: Medicare Advantage plans combine Parts A and B along with prescription, hearing, dental, and vision coverage, while Medigap plans work with Original Medicare to help cover out-of-pocket costs. I help explain the differences so you can choose what fits your needs.
Q: Will you help me review my plan every year?
A: Yes. We complete an annual benefits review to see if your needs have changed and to make sure your coverage still fits you.
Q: Who do you serve?
A: I work with individuals eligible for Medicare and proudly serve all of Nevada.Β
Q: Are you tied to one insurance company?
A: No. I am an independent Medicare agent, which means I work with multiple insurance companies. This allows me to review a variety of Medicare plans and help you compare options based on your specific needs.
Q: I like my current coverage. Do I have to change plans?
A: Not at all. If your current plan still meets your needs, you can absolutely keep it. During our review, we simply check to see if your coverage, costs, or benefits have changed and whether other options may be available.
Q: Why is an annual Medicare review important?
A: Medicare plans can change every year. Costs, provider networks, prescriptions, and benefits may be updated. A yearly review helps ensure your plan still fits your health needs and budget, and that youβre aware of any new options or benefits that may be available.
Q: Can my coverage improve even if Iβve had the same plan for years?
A: Yes. Many plans update benefits annually, and new plans may become available in your area. A review allows us to see if there are options that may offer similar coverage, lower costs, or additional benefits such as fitness programs or allowances.
Q: Do Medicare plans include extra benefits?
A: Some Medicare Advantage plans may include additional benefits like fitness memberships, dental, vision, hearing, or certain allowances. Availability and benefits vary by plan and location, which is why reviewing options is helpful.
Q: Do you help after I enroll?
A: Yes. I provide ongoing, year-round support. Iβm available to answer questions, explain plan changes, and complete an annual benefits review to make sure your coverage continues to meet your needs.
Q: Is there a cost to work with you?
A: No. Pretty sweet deal right! There is no fee to work with me. My role is to educate and assist you in reviewing Medicare options available to you.
